Constructive Rest
Constructive Rest is a simple, yet powerful, practice that is commonly used by teachers of the Alexander Technique to help their students let go of unwanted tensions and improve their spinal alignment and posture. To gain the benefits it is not necessary to have experience with the Technique – indeed most people find it very helpful indeed, especially when done regularly.

Alexander Technique teacher Imogen Ragone demonstrates the Constructive Rest position.
